ERF RECOVERY
Premium recovery sessions designed to help you reset between workouts, restore movement quality and return ready for what comes next.
Explore recovery ↓TRAIN. RECOVER. REPEAT.
Choose a focused recovery service or combine all three modalities in the ERF Complete Recovery session. Each appointment is guided, efficient and built around how your body feels that day.
Standalone sessions make recovery easy to add around training, travel, work or a demanding week.
COMPRESSION

MOBILITY
One-on-one guided stretching focused on mobility, flexibility and movement quality.
PERCUSSION
Targeted percussion work designed for warm-up and post-training muscle recovery.
THE COMPLETE RESET
Assisted stretching, percussion recovery and Normatec compression combined into one complete session.
We review how your body feels, your recent activity and any concerns before beginning.
Your selected recovery service is guided and adjusted for comfort throughout the session.
Leave with a clearer recovery rhythm for training, work and everyday movement.
ERF recovery sessions support general wellness and fitness recovery. They are not medical treatment, physical therapy or a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional.
Please speak with your healthcare provider before booking if you are pregnant; have a pacemaker or other implanted device; have diabetes with neuropathy or reduced sensation; recently had surgery, injury or a joint replacement; or have any concern about whether recovery equipment or assisted stretching is appropriate for you.
Do not use Normatec compression without medical clearance if you have acute pulmonary edema, acute thrombophlebitis, acute congestive heart failure, acute infection, deep vein thrombosis, a history of pulmonary embolism, wounds or lesions near the treatment area, a fracture or dislocation, or a condition for which increased venous or lymphatic return is undesirable.
Percussion recovery is used only on healthy soft tissue—not on the head, spine, front or sides of the neck, bony areas, bruises, rashes, open wounds or acutely injured tissue. Stop immediately if a technique causes pain, numbness, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
All clients complete a brief safety screening before service. When in doubt, obtain clearance from your physician first.
