Marlon Steward (Owner)
Marlon Steward is a credentialed trainer and coach, earning the titles of Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, Marlon also graduated from the University of Concordia Saint Paul with a BA in Exercise Science. Marlon is a growth fanatic who takes pride in providing science-based programming to each individual that he works with. Over the years, he has worked with a variety of clients to manage blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, weight, and extreme heart health matters. Marlon’s specialties include strength, conditioning, weight management, performance, corrective and preventative exercise training.
Marlon is married to Havanna Culbreath and the father of two beautiful girls, Nina (two years old) and Anita (10 months old) Steward. Aside from being a fitness fanatic, Marlon enjoys reading, writing, playing/watching basketball, and spending time with his family and friends.

Havanna Culbreath (Administration)
Havanna Culbreath Is our Executive Administrative Assistant. She has a background in Business Management, Health Administration and Zumba/Dance Fitness. Havanna plays a pivotal role within the End Rezults Fitness family. By managing operations and customer relations, she helps promote structural health to our brand. This not only allows us to grow, it also allows us to maintain a high quality of service while doing so.
Havanna is the wife of Marlon Steward. She is also a mother of two beautiful girls, Nina (two years old) and Anita (10 months old) Steward. Havanna loves music, dancing, and making memories with her friends and family.
